REAL ESTATE LICENSE

Getting your Real Estate License - Fingerprints Required
As a soon-to-be real estate agent, you have several important details to take care of before getting licensed. The biggest, of course, is passing your pre-licensing course from a Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) approved real estate school. During the time that you are completing the educational portion, you will need to apply for your real estate license with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).
As part of the application process, the FREC requires that you complete a fingerprint-based background check. Only when you have your background check completed, and your application finished, will you be able to sit for your final exam. We’re here to help you take that last step as quickly and painlessly as possible! Take that last step to become licensed: get fast, accurate fingerprinting today. How long will it take to receive my results? Level 2 background checks can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to be approved. Make sure that all information on the form is correct so that there are no mistakes that would stall the approval process!
